APPLICATIONS
Applications are considered on a 'first-come, first-served’ basis. Once your payment has been received you will receive confirmation of your place on the event.

CHANGE OF DETAILS
While every effort will be made to ensure that the event runs as planned, it may be necessary to change details without notice. In the case of an event being cancelled (with or without notice), liability is strictly limited to a full refund of the amount already paid by each individual applicant. Players make their application on this basis.

GDPR
In order to facilitate the functioning of the BDRS we need to hold some of the data you have entered in the form above. Our data retention policy is two years. We hold personal data in a password-protected computer file accessible only to people acting on behalf of the BDRS who have an operational or strategic need to see it. We will not pass on your information to any other organisation unless this is necessary for the operation of the event for which you have applied, for example where we need to send information about you to the venue hosting the event or to event tutors. Information related to events and activities in which under-18s are invited to participate will be shared with their nominated parent/carer.
