This year’s Waterhouse Bassoon Day will take place on Sunday 21 April at the home of the collection in Gloucestershire.
The collection comprises dozens of historic bassoons collected by William Waterhouse over several decades. They range from baroque to classical through to early 20th-century instruments, and include the work of some of the most notable makers.
This year’s event includes talks by some of the most knowledgeable bassoon historians in the world, and promises to be very special. Places are free but limited in number.
